More and more buildings are being required to perform ever increasing functions, many of which require specialist consultant and contractor input such as structural alterations, improved acoustics and thermal efficiency. Materials, subcontractors and specialist consultants all require coordinating to ensure that a project is delivered on time and to budget. Managing all of these specialists to bring a successful development to fruition is a specialist role in its own right.
You will receive an experienced, dedicated Project Manager to control and co ordinate your project. A project plan will be developed right from inception of the contract detailing the key milestones of the development and the expected timings of their completion.
We will assist in the creation of specifications and schedules of work which are essential in establishing the clients requirements and formulating tender documents including forms of contract to ensure customers receive protection and value for money.
Selecting the correct contractor(s) for your project is a key requirement for any successful development. At Arch Property Solutions we can organise interviews with potential candidates and undertake due diligence testing to make sure that the selected contractors are suitable for your project.
Whilst the works are on site, supervision of the project will be carried out to ensure that the works are being undertaken to the agreed specification and in accordance with the Health & Safety Plan.
